#asktheexperts my one month old baby spits out so milk after feed even after burp... some time she doesn't burp even after holding her for 10mins also... am careful of my diet about not taking much spicy food...

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear mum, it is normal among babies to spit milk after feeding in spite of burping, do not worry. continue to burp preferably in sitting position. keeping the head and chest at a level higher than stomach helps to reduce the chances of spitting.
As a breastfeeding mother, what you eat does not affect your baby.
