#asktheexperts My newborn of three weeks old, is suffering from nasal congestion & cold. We tried mucous aspirator. & saline nasal spray. Yet, she’s not being able to breathe properly due to the congestion as she cannot gulp it. Should we use nebuliser & Vicks / roll on. Please advise

A. You should actually massage the chest back and throat with warm mustard oil and you should give steam to the child indirectly that will also help nebula would also be good these things you can do regularly are going to be good and if needed you can consult your doctor regarding that
