Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 8 m old boy12 hours agoA. Hey! The More, your baby takes your breast milk directly, the better would be the supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, garlic , jeera and saunf. Consult a lactation specialist for further guidance.
