#asktheexperts My milk supply is very low from the beginning. I have tried lactare granules and capsule , perinorm tablets but no visible changes seen. My follow the good diet also. plz suggest any effective treatment.

Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, if your bahy is urinating 8 to 10 times in the day just by Consuming your milk then your baby is well fed and well hydrated and your milks supply is sufficient for your baby.
If the urine count is low then you should guve formula milk to your baby.
