#asktheexperts my milk supply is fine actually.. but sometimes it suddenly decreases and I don't know what is the reason.. please advice how I can solve this

Have satavar stick or satavari powder in milk early in the morning empty stomach for 12 days. This is ayurvedic and available on amazon.
This will also help you in getting good milk supply. I personally used this and breastfed my son till 3.5 years.
