#asktheexperts my little girl does not speak much. She can say 3 word sentences but mostly uses single words. Her understanding of instructions is perfect but when she tries to speak a lot, it comes out at gibberish. What to do? Please help

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. buy this age the child should be able to speak freely many words and should have proper understanding and if it is not present a medical evaluation of the growth milestones and development of the child by the doctor will be required to assess whether any medical intervention is required or not
