#asktheexperts my kids will turn 5. we are jain. can you suggest me a diet plan for kids for this age group?

Very honestly there is no specific diet for anybody there you just have to give all the family food now I do not know if you are Jain do you have potatoes onions and all these other things because a lot of don’t even eat ground vegetables so I do not know how your diet is so it’s best to give whatever you are making traditionally at home for the whole family which would be best for total growth of your child and that’s what you should just focus
