#asktheexperts my kid is now 4 years old. he is under weight. what should I add nutrition in his daily food ?

A. Hi mom Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between. give all that u cook for ur family.. include ghee, dry fruits, egg , paneer,rice ,potatoes, sweet potato, ragi, avocado etc in diet for weight gain
