#asktheexperts my kid is 5 years 6 months old and his weight is 14 kg . today I took him for th 5 years vaccination, after seeing his weight doctor prescribed him ferrous sulphate and folic acid ip tablet in which dried ferrous sulphate ip is 200 mg and folic acid ip 0.5 mg . iam not clear about the dosage.need clarification about the dosage.please guide me.

Mam we cannot clarify on the doses because these are supplements are only meant to be given as per the requirement of the body so you’ll have to confirm with the doctor about the supplement dose that you will have to offer to the child which would be the right thing to know
