as your child is about three years of age and if he is healthy then do not have to worry regarding the weight but try to feed him everything but little amount can be enough for the child.
give him more amount of pulses grains and dry fruits which is protein rich to increase the weight and the health.
if required you can conserve the pediatrician for the any kind of protein supplements do not do it by your own
