Q.
#asktheexperts my kid is 4 months 2 weeks old ....I had a good milk supply so far but last 4 days my breasts feels empty all the time even if go without feeding straight 6 hrs my breasts feels empty...if i press i could see few drops of milk coming out which looks very watery....is that means my milk supply dropped?? should I be worried and consult doctor??? kindly someone help me am lost...

Ao you can take some lactation supplements if you want to Raj going to help in boosting of your lactation apart from that also I would recommend you to increase the amount of fluid and water intake for your on daily basis it’s going to be definitely very helpful volume
