You can give Daal Khichdi, veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin.
Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, suji porridge, suji kheer, oats.
Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form.
Give wheat Dalia adding veggies.
curd rice, curd roti (soaked), Daal roti (mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies..

u have to give food to ur baby at regular interval (every 2 hourly or 3 hourly ) . Add potato and tomato puries and pourage in diet .

You have mentioned OATS in food but recently i consulted with Pediatrician and he suggested that oats might reduce the weight so dont give it. Could you please explain how Oats could help in weight gain?
