#asktheexperts my is 11 months old nd her weight is 8.22 kg.. what should i do for gaining her ?? Is there tonic or else can help ?? What kind of foods i can gv her for weight gaining??

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. 8.2 kg Weight os good. You can give Daal Khichdi, veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin. Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, suji porridge, suji kheer, oats. Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form. Give wheat Dalia adding veggies. curd rice, curd roti (soaked), Daal roti (mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies..
