#asktheexperts my in-laws always insist to give every thing that is being cooked at home for everyone to my 8 month old daughter. what to do? Also please suggest something to give lil one as evening snack. thank you

Hello ma’am I didn’t understand what exactly do you mean that you’re in laws are forcing you to give everything what is everything are you are in law saying that you should be giving all the spices or Do all the vegetables and everything into the house that’s not clear to me so I would you say that you can actually give most of the things to your child after the age of eight months and it is important to add salt also because without that the food will b tasteless so h can add a little
