#asktheexperts My HB count is 9.5 inspite of eating dates, pomegranates, black grapes etc everyday. I have dizziness too. What should I do?

A. You have not given what is your current situation but if it is just normal course no pregnancy no lactation then I would advise you to start having beetroot and pomegranate every day twice in a day specially beetroot for salad and pomegranate as a fruit and then other than that you can have sweet potato black rice fox nuts jaggery you can also have raisins they are also very basic things that have green leafy vegetables so this is also going to help and also take iron supplement
