One should start all the measure to loose weight after completion of 6 months
Right now your body needs rest and right nutrition and even your baby need nutrition
Start with right diet and physical workout to loose weight once 6 months is completed
Till then have small and frequent meals
Have normal home cooked meals which has less oil and spices
Also reduce consumption of ghee rich food
Water 2-4 litr per day

Hi See you cannot lose down your weight as of now because when you are breastfeeding the child it’s important that you eat well because you to feed your child otherwise your breast feed is going to get affected and also you had a C-section so you have to wait for 6 to 8 months to go for workout and I think so right now concentrate on eating and feeding
