#asktheexperts my daughter who is 13 months old, has suddenly reduced her solids. When I started solids after 7 months, she had responded well. She now eats few bites, I have tried different options, comes for breast milk again n again.

A. Hey! Offer safe foods for your child first, give foods that are comfortable to eat for your child. Limit liquid calories. Avoid forcing your child as it can create a negative association with solids. You decide what when and where to eat your child should decide how much to eat if it all she eats.
