#asktheexperts my daughter was born pre mature with 1.7 gms in 37 week when shall I start her semi solids ..she is 4.5 months old

Okay so it really doesn’t matter whether the child is full term or a premature child the food cannot be started before completing the term of 185 days in any case so you have to give formula feed if the child is not gaining weight but food is not advisable
