Hello ma’am Would advise you to consult a psychologist ones regarding the same because at this age child can follow all the commands and understands everything mostly by the age of 1 1/2 years of a child can do all these things maybe your child is lacking into certain things and for that medical attention is necessary go for it and get it checked by a psychologist and a specialist
