#asktheexperts my daughter she is 7years 8months old, she gets affected by weather change so quickly, any immunity boosting tips for her? also area between the two eyebrows I can see white white spots, what is that ??

Let the child be physically active. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, Nurse, dry fruits and dairy in the daily diet. Get in touch with your doctor if there is any severe discomfort due to weather changes.
