#asktheexperts My daughter's weight is still 12.8kg in 5.6Years of age. Although she is not getting sick but she appears she seems very weak, lean and thin. please suggest how she can increase her body weight and muscles. thanks πŸ™ Abhinay

A. 12.6 kg weight is less as per her age. give her more protein rich food. and include dry fruits, dates, peanut jaggery laddos, banana chikoo on daily basis. o k
