#asktheexperts My daughter Rutvi is a premature baby. According to actual birth she is 5.5 months old and according to birth time she is 7.5 months old. Her weight is 5.5 kg now. Is it ok. What can I do for weight gain??

A. Hey mommy for all milestones you should refer to the corrected birth date, the birth weight should double at six months and only triple at 12 months . so dont worry as long as she is gaining weight every week that is about 100-150grams per week. if any concerns make sure you speak to the examining pediatrician
