Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. uBaby immunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a proper diet with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child .
vitdamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in this.
Multivitamin syrup like syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 months.
Givex all the vaccination required.

That means there is some problem which is why the way it has become stagnant it could be mostly due to some deficiencies in the body so you check with your doctor Tu Kuch or supplement can you start with as of now for overall growth and health of your child
