A. Hi mamma Include 5-6 nutrient dense meals for her 3 main meals Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and 2 snacks Main meals should have a combination of grains/cereals/millets + protein rich foods like paneer/egg/nuts For snacks include fruit, nuts chikki, milk shake, smoothies Here are few examples Paneer paratha Egg roll egg bhurji with roti Nuts porridge

You should give a nutritious foods like all types of seasonal fruits and vegetables, cereals, peas, egg, fish, meat and add ghee, butter in her daily routine. Keep your baby always healthy.
