Include 5-6 nutrient dense meals for her
3 main meals Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and 2 snacks
Main meals should have a combination of grains/cereals/millets + protein rich foods like paneer/egg/nuts
For snacks include fruit, nuts chikki, milk shake, smoothies
