Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently.
There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out.
Comrmon causes are constipation gaseous discomfort worm infestation gastritis gastroenteritis or some chronic infection .
Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stodmach pain and consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .

Domastal Can we given to the child for stomach pain if you want you can go ahead with this medicine and if you do not have anything as of now then I would advise you to take some rock salt in carrom seeds and give it to the child with some warm water that is also going to help an easing down the pain
