A. Namaste Mom Weight normally isn't gained rapidly as in the first year of life as such birth weight normally triples by age of 1 and later it doubles by age of 5 as such give the child now all regular family foods including foods such as dry fruits nuts and seeds dals chana lobia etc seasonal fruits and vegetables also you can give chicken fish eggs if preferred panner ghee etc
