Q.

#asktheexperts my daughter is having slight vomiting (mucus like ) since yesterday. (and nauseous). i gave domperidone oral drops twice today. no other symptoms. what could be the possible causes? will she be okay if i continue medication?

A. it can be due to viral infection after vomiting wait for one hour then give vomiting medicine (syp ondem/emeset) and then again wait for one hour aand then give only easily digestible food. do not give anything to eat in this 2hr waiting period. if vomiting occurs again then meet your doctor. avoid giving milk and heavy diet

A. Hello When there is congestion in the throat and chest sometimes kids do Amit Vidya about that you can continue with the medicine and the medicine as prescribed been prescribed by your doctor can you continue with this medicine for as many days as your doctor has advised you to go for mostly these medicines can be given for a minimum of 3 to 5 days
