#asktheexperts my daughter is fighting her sleep and wants to play till she is extremely tired..she is also waking up in night crying for no possible reason.please help

A. That’s normal to be seen with kids so you should just actually put your child to sleep massage the legs properly press your child’s legs and once a child is going to be more relaxed the child would sleep if you want you can go ahead with an entire body massage as this behaviour is very common with kids
