#asktheexperts My daughter is completing 2 years this month, but she only weighs 10kgs. Am worried about her weight. Please suggest something to increase her weight.

A. Dear mum, to increase the weight of your 2 years old child, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Give 5 to 6 meals a day. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add dry fruits and nuts to baby’s diet. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
