#asktheexperts my daughter is both breastfeed and formula fed but I want to change to complete breastfeed but I am not getting enough milk supply so what can I do?

A. Hello dear parent! The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf, green leafy vegetables in your diet. Consult a lactation expert for advice. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil
