#asktheexperts My daughter is about to one year , I can see two lower teeth within her gums But it's not erupted yet. please suggest me by what time will erupt Is there any food which I can include in her diet especially for enhancing her and teeth development. Thank you

A. You you can massaging baby's gums and give silicone teethers to chew on. this will help in eruption of teeth. You can start giving carrot and cucumber sticks after a few months under supervision. hope you have started brushing your childs teeth
