#asktheexperts my daughter is about 5 years old. She is frequently saying these days that she has stomach pain, but it's just remain for a few seconds. What may be the reason?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently.
There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be rulehd out.
Common causes are constipation gaseous discomfort worm infestation gastritis gastroenteritis or some chronic infection .
Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain agnd consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .
