#asktheexperts My daughter is 6 months old. Please suggest best formula milk along with Breast feeding,as I am a working woman. Also suggest nutritious food which I can offer at this age.

Similac stage one you should start with if you’re starting for the first time and stage two can be given after 7 to 8 months of completion a person that you can go ahead with giving Dal and rice water followed by porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato all other kind of fruits and vegetables can also be offered
