its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows milk in babies may be aggravating factor. proper burping after each feed is very important.
Enzyme preparations like aglozyme or vitazymme can be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.

Do cycling movements with both your baby’s legs to relieve from gastric discomfort. Use Babyhug tummy roll on. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
