#asktheexperts my daughter is 50 kgs nd she s 11 years old. can u suggest some healthy weight loss foods that I can adopt

A. Hello mom it important to make sure they are not taking much of processed , refined and sugary foods as those are one of the main culprits and other is they need to be involved in some form of physical activity such as outdoor games etc
