#asktheexperts My daughter is 5.4 years old. Her weight is near 15-16 kgs. Is it ok? She rarely eats junk food and she is a very fussy eater. Any supplements are required to be given to her? Thank you.

Namaste Mom Some variations are acceptable as far as the child is active for the age and also eating healthy give her a balanced diet including foods such as seasonal fruits and vegetables dry fruits nuts and seeds as well also you can give millets dals legumes such as lobia chana eggs chicken and fish if preferred curds panner ghee
