#asktheexperts My daughter is 4.5 months old now,weighs about 6.1kgs,on exclusive breastfeeding and her development is appropriate for age. Her doctor has advised to start complementary feeds from 5 th month...Can I go ahead or wait for her to complete 6 months?

Hi mommy Maintain hydration Give adequate feeding every two hours of intervals or on demand Maintain hygiene and maintain hydration Burp well after every feeding Try to keep head up position while feeding Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Wash hands often before touching your baby
