Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi well ,for speaking ,I advise to talk with your child more and more. it will definitely help but do not force your child and never expect perfection from your child. for eating , I advise you to give food like soup , coconut water, ajwain water which helps to increase child's apetite.
