Q.

#asktheexperts my daughter is 3 years and 6 months old. Her current weight is 11.3 kg which is underweight. She takes too much time to eat although she eats everything. Kindly tell me how to increase her weight. Also, she does not sleep continuously the whole night. Please help me with that also. How to make her sleep for the whole night. She takes one nap in the morning and one in the evening. I am trying to reduce the evening one but she gets too cranky. Help me

A. hi for Healthy weight gain,you should offer food like boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice to your child. offer protine and fat rich food like tofu, dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc to your child. give energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child. try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents.
