A. 11 to 17.8 kg is the average weight range for 3 yr old girls.. But it also depends on the child's birth weight. Skinny look may be due to genetic reasons. If father or mother was skinny during their childhood then she could also be getting the same physique. But as long as the child is eating properly and is active and healthy you need not worry much about the weight.
