#asktheexperts my daughter is 3 month old & my wife breast milk as she complain is not thick and she breast feed her many times still my baby feels hungry so what milk powder can u recommend or any suggestions what should my wife have for food so she can produce good amout of milk?

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you should be having a healthy and nutritious food in the diet and you should give wife fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help and in regards to the infant formula milk you can be Nan Pro stage 1 or similac stage 1
