#AsktheExperts my daughter is 26 days old and i have been breast feeding her but i dont produce enough milk to satisfy her appetite so i substitute the lack with nan pro 1 formula feed ,i noticed that she only poops alternate days and also grunts and struggles a lot while pooping and it comes out very thick..kindly advise

Breastfeeding is the best source of natural immunity and antibodies to a newborn baby never give formula milk as it is not required at all exclusive breastfeeding is a must for good immunity and baby health , reduces colic and gas issues and overall brain development of the baby. No water , ghutti or any other syp is given till 6 months of age .
