Q.

#asktheexperts My daughter is 22 months old but her weight is only 9 kg...Her birth weight was 2.650kg ..she is very healthy and active..eats all her food...but proper weight gaining is not happening...i try to include food like veggies, milk,egg,meat,fish,dates nuts powder and some fruits too...my husband and I,both are thin ,but normal weight.is it ok for her to have this weight

No Ma’am of course it is not okay your child is about 3 KG is underweight and you are an adult so it’s okay if you have a leaner body but the weight is proper but for the child at the growth of the child should have proper weight Health Hidden group so I suggest you consult a nutrition expert regarding thisWrite Your Answer Here
