2.Drink water.
3.Keep her physically active.. like plying in the ground and other physical activity.
4.Morning sunlight is good for us...
5.Ask doctor for multivitamins..
6.Get her vaccinated on time.
7.Good sleep of 10 hours in important..
8.Mentain good hygiene.. washing hands when ther get get dirty and before eating.
9.Avoid junk food.

include dry fruits ghee full cream milk potato beetroot avocado sweet potato banana ghee paneer etc in the baby's diet
