#asktheexperts/ My daughter is 2 years old now.. her weight is same for last 9 months..her height is increasing but weight is stagnant. she is active but not putting on weight as per her age..please suggest

A. Hello good afternoon !!! If baby is active and achieving milestones then don't worry about weight. As baby is growing height don't worry engage into activities both physical and brain activities .. Include high protein, calcium, carbohydrates in regular diet - Milk, diary products, dal(moongdal, chana dal, arhar dal, urad dal, rajma, idly,dal rice, curd rice, panner, cerelac,dry fruits and nuts,egg ,meat, soya, banana, mango, potato, beans, peas helps in increasing weight.
