A. dear parent, if your 2 years 3 months old daughter is active, playful, achieving all growth milestones, weight is within the normal range for baby's age then it indicates good health. your child should be given all the foods that are prepared in the house give five meals this includes two healthy snacks give more than One Katori every time the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits dairy products like curd paneer nuts control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods.
