#asktheexperts my daughter is 2 years 3 months old . she drink more milk than solid food how to reduce the quantity of milk intake and give more solids thank you

A. 1.Give balanced diet including fruits vegetables and protein and dry fruits and dairy products.... like milk, ghee and curd... 2.Drink water. 3.Keep her physically active.. like plying in the ground and other physical activity. 4.Morning sunlight is good for us... 5.Ask doctor for multivitamins.. 6.Get her vaccinated on time. 7.Good sleep of 10 hours in important.. 8.Mentain good hygiene.. washing hands when ther get get dirty and before eating. 9.Avoid junk food. 10.Limit screen time and let them learn some activity.
