A. Hello father for a full term baby it would is expected to monthly gain between the range of 300 gm to 1 kg and then by the age of 4 to 6 months they would almost double their birth weight. We’re as a preterm or a low birth weight baby grows on a low pace. The mother needs to take nutritional and filling diet preferably before baby feed time as that would ensure good quality milk and help in weight gain
