#asktheexperts My daughter is 2.5 years old today. We checked her weight at home today,she weighs 10.35 kgs is it ok ?

Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common.ii Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. Diet counselling is also very important .

Do you know some issue in the app I’m not able to read your question so just by reading a little but I am just going to tell you if your child is gaining a minimum of 400 g every month that means your child is getting sufficient and if your child is not having that kind of a weight gain that means you need to work upon giving formula to the child because your breast feeding is not working out sufficient for the childWrite Your Answer Here
