#asktheexperts My daughter is 18 months old, and she gets a fever once every month. Now in the month of June, she has a fever for 3 days continuously. Her report has also come out. Please suggest what I should include in her diet.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is very common that children will fall ill again and again that is within one or two months sometimes before 7 years of age.
this falling ill is just steps to to immunity build up in these children and you will see that after 7 yearsx they will not fall ill that much frequentlyx.
till that time just take care of regular diet made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits and do not give outside packet foods and complete the vaccination of the child
