#asktheexperts My daughter is 18 month old, yesterday while playing she got her left hand hurt after that she was crying continuously and was not at all using left hand to lift any thing, no swelling was observed also went to see assistant dr since he also commented to displacement or swelling observed. prescribed Voveran gel. todays observation - she is having pain while standing using hand but other she randomly avoids use of hand. i have two question. 1) Is it ok to use voveran gel to children below 2 years. 2) is X ray is required or should I wait for 1-2 days for it.
